No more locals!

Last weekend was the last weekend to win a preliminary title to go to Miss Missouri or Miss Missouri's OT! I am so excited to be able to hang out with my friends from last year at state, and to make new ones! :) State will be here before we know it.

Miss Northeast Counties Pageant

I enjoyed watching my little sister compete at the Miss Northeast Counties pageant. She was competing in the pre-teen division and won first runner-up! I am so proud of her! :) I would also like to congratulate the new Miss Northeast Counties title holders!

Pancakes for a great cause

Pancake Day, Feb 28, I participated in National Pancake Day at the local IHOP, along with Seanica Reineke, Miss St Joseph, and Darby Furhman, Miss Mark Twainn Lake. Free pancakes are offered for a donation to CMN.

Super Science Saturday

St Joseph Museums, Inc. and MWSU hosted Super Science Saturday the day before the Super Bowl. This year saw a record breaking crowd of over a thousand!
The day is to introduce youth to lots of kinds of science, so it involves chemistry, biology, etc. Some of the fun included hovercrafts, reptiles, and fossils. Even a disected pig.
It has to be one of my favorite appearances, where else can you have a snake draped over your face?!
