Volunteer Opportunity

Here is a volunteer oppportunity that was in the St. Joseph Newspress:

"The National Military Heritage Museum and American Legion Post 11 are sponsoring a "Heart to Heart" letter-writing and support program.
The goal is to support the men and women deployed to Afghanistan, said Frank Flesher, museum diretor. The organizations will be sending letters and cards overseas next year. They are asking schoolchildren, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, church groups and others to prepare letters or pictures.
Volunteers will prepare them for shipping to the troops and pay mailing cost. For additional information, call (816)233-4321.
