Good Luck, Shelby!

Girls aged 4-12, Compete at Heartland

If you are ages 4-12, you can compete in the Miss America system. Heartland will crown a Tiny Miss, agese 4, 5, 6; a Little Miss, ages 7,8,9 and a Preteen, ages 10, 11, 12 during a pageant on Sept. 22. That pageant is in the daytime, while the Outstanding Teen and Miss pageant is that evening.

For the 4-12, talent is optional. It's a lot of fun to meet new girls and to see what the Miss America program is like. I never even knew they had divisions for the younger girls, so I didn't get to do this, but I know it would be helpful for when you get to the older divisions.

The paperwork is on the Heartland facebook page, click https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/156050211130125/

Open to any Missouri girls, the pageant is in Palmyra MO Sept 22.

Little Mr and Miss East Hills Apply by Aug 20

Back to school means time for a new Little Mr and Little Miss East Hills. If you are 4-6 years old, you can be the king or queen of the mall, but you have to apply by Aug. 20.

Details are here.

I am excited to be coming back to help out with both contests this year, see you then.
