Radioathon for Camp Quality

Monday, June 4th, as I made my way to Mexico, Missouri for Miss Missouri's Outstanding Teen, I stopped and talked live on air over the local radio station during their radioathon. The radioathon was to raise funds for Camp Quality, a camp for kids with cancer that provides year round support for the kids and their families. I challenged all teens in the area to donate what they would pay to go see a movie, so about 7 or 8 dollars. It's take 1,500 dollars per kid to pay for all the kids' needs.
